David is an experienced pharmaceutical medicine physician with a background in orthopedic surgery.

He has a wide range of practical, clinical and academic experience in both public and private sectors; and has worked across all phases of clinical drug development. Notably, David has served as a clinical trial investigator on more than 30 trials across a range of therapeutic areas, with a predominant focus on orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal research. At Causeway, David leads the advancement of Causeway’s clinical portfolio.

David earned his MRCS in Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, his PGMed at the University of Manchester and his MBBS at Newcastle University.
