Paresh has over 25 years of experience in senior R&D and corporate roles working with large and emerging pharmaceutical companies.

He has led large & small molecule drug development from translational medicine to multiple successful drug approvals. With tenures at Pfizer, Amarin, Alexion, Albireo & Corvidane throughout his career, Paresh is a highly strategic leader who has managed regulatory negotiations with US FDA, EU and international medicines agencies for all development milestones, including IND, label and NCE approvals. At Causeway, Paresh oversees strategy driving the clinical development of TenoMIR.

Paresh is extensively published and has presented numerous papers at academic meetings. He earned his MBChB at University of KwaZulu-Natal, his PhD at University College London, his FCP at College of Medicine of South Africa and his MMed at University of Natal.
