Tom has over 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry as a financial executive.

He has been instrumental in raising over a billion dollars for multiple companies through various financial vehicles and collaborations. Tom has experience from start up through commercialization and has been part of teams taking four companies public, two via IPO and two via reverse mergers. Some of the companies he has worked for include Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Tolerx Inc., Albireo Pharma and ImmusanT Inc. He is proficient in corporate strategy, fundraising, company building, accounting/finance and all administrative functions required to support a company.   

Tom has a BS in Accounting/Law from Babson College and an MBA from Suffolk University.
